Do you know much about what is a soft steak to buy for stew meat because stew meat is so tuff even if it’s slowly cooked for hours ?
It’s possible that a better cut of meat might do the trick for you. Look for prime, or even an American Wagyu cut – that would do it. It’ll be more costly unfortunately, but much more tender.

Thanks for posting this I made it and it turned out great, cooked the sausage in my ninja speedi, then baked them in the air fryer now that was quick 30 minutes total
