Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Hollow out the onions.
Mix the ground beef, cheese (reserve a handful for topping, bacon, seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and barbecue sauce together.
Stuff each onion as full as possible.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and coat with a thin layer of barbecue sauce.
Top with a sprinkle of Colby Jack cheese.
Return to the oven and broil for 5 to 10 minutes.
