Start by mixing flour; baking powder , and salt in a large mixing bowl with a whisk
Once every thing is well incorporated, add in room temp bacon grease , then start slowly adding in water till it forms a ball
You may not use all your water
Then flour your work surface and kneed for 4-5 minutes until dough looses its stickyness
Divide into 9 tortillas
Warm skillet or griddle and apply a small amount of bacon greas
Cook each one tortilla around 1 minute per side
Then enjoy !
