Bacon & Hot Honey Carrots

Ingredients

  • 8 strips thick cut bacon
  • 8-9 whole carrots
  • Sweet heat seasoning
  • Hot honey
  • Olive oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Cook bacon to desired doneness . Wash & peel carrots . Cut carrots into about 2 inch pieces . Once bacon is cooked mix bacon grease , hot honey, sweet heat seasoning & olive oil . Mix carrots and glaze in a bowl . Place in sprayed baking dish . Bake at 375 degrees they will take 40-50 minutes . Stir every 10-15 minutes . Once done add bacon and more hot honey . Then enjoy !
