Bacon Wrapped Pickle & Ritz Bites

Ingredients

  • Jar of dill pickle chips
  • Half lb of bacon (halved)
  • 1 pack of Ritz
  • Sweet BBQ Rub to taste
  • Sauce:
  • 3/4C Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Chipotle sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Texas Pit BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Lay down your bacon, stack on your ritz and pickle chips and wrap the top with the bacon
  • Cover with sweet bbq rub and put in your over or smoker at 350* until the bacon crisps
