  • 2 TBSP Italian or Garlic Seasoning Allegro Garlic & Herb preferred

Instructions

  • Preheat oven or smoker to 375F
  • Slice slab of bacon in half, then wrap frozen pizza roll in the half slice of bacon, making sure that the bacon wraps all the way around the pizza roll with the seams overlapping slightly on the bottom.
  • Place bacon wrapped pizza roll on a wire baking rack with the seam of the bacon on the bottom. This is how they will stay together when cooking. Season liberally with Allegro Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
  • Place in smoker or oven to cook. Cook for 50-55 minutes, but check them starting at 40 minutes. Cooking times can vary widely for a number of reasons, they are done when the bacon is the preferred color you'd like- recommend a dark amber color.

  • Toss your bacon wrapped pizza rolls in this delicious butter mixture, and serve immediately!
