Preheat oven to 450°.
Lightly grease a 24-Cup Mini muffin Pan.
In a medium bowl, combine Cornmeal, floor, baking Powder, Sugar, Salt & Pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix the onion, milk, eggs, butter + Jalapenos.
Fold mixture into the flour mixture until well blended.
Spoon 1 Tbsp of batter into each of the mini Muffin Cups.
Bake 10-15 minutes, or the Hush Puppies are golden brown & firm.
Remove from oven & let cool 5 minutes.
