In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in bananas, milk, and vanilla extract
Gently mix in the dry ingredients well Fold in the chopped walnuts
Pour your batter in the loaf pan and smooth down the top
Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then flip it onto a wire rack to cool completely
