Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound uncooked shrimp-Peeled, tail off
  • 1 Cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 CUP Corn starch
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • Leaf Lettuce for serving

Instructions

  • Add Shrimp + Cover with buttermilk and soak for 15-20 minute
  • ADD the Mayo, Chili garlic sauce, Srirach Sauce, & Sweet Chili Sauce to a bowl and Mix together
  • Cover and chill in Refrigerator Until needed
  • Add Corn Starch to a bowl & dredge the Shrimp to Coat well
  • Fry in a Pan with Oil that is 350° for 2-4 minutes
  • Set cooked shrimp in a bowl & Pour Bang Bang Sauce on to?
  • Stir until Shrimp is coated well
  • Lay leaf lettuce on a Plate
  • Pour Shrimp onto Plate
  • Top with chopped green onions & Serve immediately
