Grease pan with stick of butter , line with biscuits and bake to package directions
Melt 2 tbs of butter and brown sausage in skillet
Once browned add flour, make sure it’s well combined
Cook about 60 seconds stirring regularly
Then add milk 1 cup at a time
Letting it thicken between each cup
Stir regularly
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt rest of your butter and about five minutes before your biscuits are done brush tops and return to oven
Now your gravy should have simmered and be about ready
Taste and adjust salt and pepper
Once biscuits are done
Serve and enjoy !
