Pour 8 oz of Buffalo Sauce and Ranch Packet into pickle jar with pickles, shake well, and place in fridge overnight to marinade pickles
Make Ranch Rub at this time, by combining ingredients above, and set aside
Preheat smoker or grill to 350°F
Remove pickles from marinade and pat lightly with paper towels
Wrap each pickle spear with one strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed
Place on wire rack on baking sheet for easy clean up and season with Ranch Rub
Place tray or wrapped pickles directly on smoker grates. Smoke for 35–40 minutes, until bacon is crisp and browned.
Serve hot with extra ranch or buffalo sauce for dipping.
