Buffalo Ranch Bacon Wrapped Pickles

Ingredients

  • 6 Whole Dill Pickles Cut Into Spears
  • 1 Oz Ranch Dressing Seasoning
  • 8 OZ Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 12 Strips Thick-Cut Bacon
  • Toothpicks For Securing

Ranch Rub Recipe

  • 1 Oz Package Ranch Seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Pour 8 oz of Buffalo Sauce and Ranch Packet into pickle jar with pickles, shake well, and place in fridge overnight to marinade pickles
  • Make Ranch Rub at this time, by combining ingredients above, and set aside
  • Preheat smoker or grill to 350°F
  • Remove pickles from marinade and pat lightly with paper towels
  • Wrap each pickle spear with one strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed
  • Place on wire rack on baking sheet for easy clean up and season with Ranch Rub
  • Place tray or wrapped pickles directly on smoker grates. Smoke for 35–40 minutes, until bacon is crisp and browned.
  • Serve hot with extra ranch or buffalo sauce for dipping.
