Cajun Honey BBQ Ribs: Easy St. Louis Style Recipe

Ingredients

  • Rack of St. Louis cut ribs, sliced individually
  • Cajun honey rub
  • BBQ sauce
  • Hot sauce
  • Butter
  • Apple juice

Instructions

  • Dust the ribs with Cajun Honey rub
  • Place the ribs in a 275°F smoker for 1 hour
  • Add ribs to a pan, pour over apple juice, add some rub, 1/2 the bottle of BBQ sauce and 1 tbsp honey
  • Cover with foil and return to the smoker for 1 hour or until probe tender
  • Remove from the smoker and toss with BBQ sauce
  • Serve and enjoy!
