Sauté the onions and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes in the olive oil and a dash of the all purpose seasoning
Add the steak to the peppers and onions, mix in and cook all the way through
Put the steak aside
Butter both sides of your bread slices and add the Parmesan cheese to one of the sides of the slices
Add the slices to the griddle buttered side (without the Parmesan) down
Toast for a couple minutes
Flip them over to toast the cheese side
Place a slice of the provolone and pepper jack cheese to each piece of bread
Add the steak and peppers to two of the pieces of bread
Leave one slice empty for the middle piece
Start stacking the sandwich
Meat and peppers on the inside with the piece of bread without meat in the middle
Continue to cook for a minute or so on each side to get the cheese melted
Serve and enjoy!
