Cheesy Creamy Enchilada Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 4oz. Green chiles
  • 10oz. red enchilada sauce
  • 10.5oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 8oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 16oz. Gordo's original cheese dip
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack shredded
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8x8 casserole dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the shredded cheeses, mixing until well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and evenly sprinkle the cheeses over the top.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  • Serve warm with your favorite chips.
