Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 1 can chicken breast, drained and shredded 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 cups fresh spinach and arugula, chopped Cajun or Creole seasoning to taste (l used Olems)
  • Garlic Parmesan seasoning to taste (l used Heath Riles)
  • 1 egg, beaten (optional for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F Roll out puff pastry onto a parchment-lined baking sheet In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, and garlic Parmesan seasoning Spread mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving about a 1-inch border Top with chopped spinach and arugula Roll into a loaf and pinch edges to seal Brush with egg wash if desired Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed
  • Slice and serve warm
