Add the croissants to a parchment sheet lined cookie sheet
Top with another parchment sheet and add another cookie sheet
Press the croissants between the cookie sheets
Add an oven safe weight to the top cookie sheet
Place in a 350f oven for 20 minutes
Make the toffee
Mix the butter, brown sugar and Dessert Shake oven medium heat until bubbly
About 5 minutes
Remove the croissants from the oven and take off the top cookie sheet and parchment paper
Pour the toffee mix over the croissants
Add it back into the oven for 5-10 minutes
Remove from the oven and top with the melting chocolate
Once the chocolate melts, spread out evenly
Top with the marshmallows
Place into the fridge for at least an hour
Remove from the fridge and break up the bark
Serve and enjoy!
