Chocolate Croissant Bark: Easy Sweet Treat Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh croissants.
  • 1/2 cup melting chocolate.
  • 8oz salted butter.
  • 1 cup brown sugar.
  • 5 tbsp Dessert Shake or cinnamon sugar mix.
  • Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Add the croissants to a parchment sheet lined cookie sheet
  • Top with another parchment sheet and add another cookie sheet
  • Press the croissants between the cookie sheets
  • Add an oven safe weight to the top cookie sheet
  • Place in a 350f oven for 20 minutes
  • Make the toffee
  • Mix the butter, brown sugar and Dessert Shake oven medium heat until bubbly
  • About 5 minutes
  • Remove the croissants from the oven and take off the top cookie sheet and parchment paper
  • Pour the toffee mix over the croissants
  • Add it back into the oven for 5-10 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and top with the melting chocolate
  • Once the chocolate melts, spread out evenly
  • Top with the marshmallows
  • Place into the fridge for at least an hour
  • Remove from the fridge and break up the bark
  • Serve and enjoy!
