Smash the sausage into patties, cook all the way through and top with American cheese
Add the hashbrown patties and cook til crispy and golden brown
Add the cinnimon rolls to the griddel and smash them not as much as the sausage
Cook and flip until fully cooked
If you find the cinnimon rolls are getting too dark, throw them in the oven at 375F to finish cooking
Stack the sausage, hashbrown and egg on the cinnimon roll "buns"
Serve and enjoy!
