Clean Out the Pantry Pasta Salad: Easy Weeknight Meal

Ingredients

  • 16 oz of pasta of your choice ( I used 5 oz each of three different pastas I had in the pantry )
  • Salt for pasta water ( this is to your preference)
  • 25 oz can sliced black olives
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz cheddar cubed
  • 8 oz mozzarella cubed
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 link smoked sausage

Instructions

  • Start by dicing smoked sausage and cooking the bacon and sausage to desired doneness
  • Boil pasta to package directions
  • Make sure you salt that water
  • In a bowl mix mayo , Italian dressing and hot sauce
  • Set to the side
  • In a large bowl mix cooked pasta , cooked meat & rest of your ingredients
  • Then pour dressing over and mix well
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour
  • A few hours is better
  • Them enjoy !
