We are going to start by trimming the ribs , trim off any flapping pieces
And Trim off thin ends and make uniform
Finish by pulling the membrane
First layer of seasoning is all purpose
Followed by the bbq rub
Flip and repeat
You want these layers to be pretty heavy
Now fire your smoker up to 275
Let’s get these ribs on
After about three hours mine were tender at 204
So I glazed with bbq sauce some juice from each of the cowboy candies
Then top with some of the actual fruit and jalapeños from the candy
Let that tack up for 10-15 minutes
Remove from grill
Slice and enjoy !
