Creamy Chicken Alfredo Bake: A Comforting Pasta Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound marinated chicken breast diced.
  • 1/2 pound uncooked bow tie pasta.
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 1cup mini mozzarella pearls.
  • 15oz jar of Alfredo sauce.
  • 1 to 2 cups chicken stock, just enough to cover the pasta.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Parsley.

Instructions

  • 1- Add ingredients to an 8x8 greased backing dish
  • (Save the shredded mozzarella to the side)
  • 2- Place in an 350f oven for 30 minutes
  • 3- Remove from the oven and give it a stir
  • 4- Add the shredded mozzarella to the top
  • 5- Place back into the oven for 15-20 minutes
  • 6- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes
  • 7- Garnish with the chopped parsley, serve and enjoy!
