Carefully place the wings into the hot oil, working in batches to avoid overcrowding the fryer.
Fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
For a crispier texture and more tender bite, cook until they reach 175°-185°F.
Once cooked, transfer the wings to a wire rack to drain any excess oil.
Meanwhile, add all of the sauce ingredients to a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place the cooked wings into a large bowl, pour the sauce over the top, and toss until evenly coated.
Serve immediately.
