Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken: Quick Weeknight Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken breast or thighs
  • 16 oz. Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Vegetables of choice, optional

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and place them in the crockpot.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, reserving the vegetables if using.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  • If adding vegetables, stir them in during the last hour of cooking so they stay tender-crisp.
