Remove the outer packaging and set the gravy packet aside. Leave the inner string cooking netting on the turkey. Pat the turkey dry.
Pour the apple cider and orange juice into your crockpot. Add the turkey and season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Mash the cranberry sauce and spread it over the turkey. Lay the whole sprigs of rosemary, thyme, and sage on top.
Cover and cook on HIGH. Mine took 6 hours, but cooking time will vary with the size of your roast and crockpot. Check earlier and use a meat thermometer-the thickest part must reach 165°F.
Carefully lift the turkey out, saving the cranberries to spoon back over it. Let it rest for about 15 minutes, then gently remove the string netting.
Remove and discard the herb stems from the crockpot. Pour the cooking juices into a saucepan and add the included gravy packet. Follow the packet’s directions, using the drippings in place of the liquid called for. Simmer, whisking, until thickened.
Slice the turkey, spoon the cranberries back over it, and pour that delicious gravy on top! 😍.
