Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Box of pasta
  • 2/3 cup pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chopped dill pickles
  • 2 cups Colby jack (cubed)
  • 1 small white onion (diced)
  • 2 tbsps. Dill weed
  • 8 oz. Diced ham

Instructions

  • Prepare pasta to package instructions then allow to cool (if you're in a hurry run it under cool water).
  • In a large mixing bowl, add your pasta and 1/3 cup of pickle juice.
  • In a separate bowl, add the other 1/3 cup of pickle juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix those ingredients well.
  • Add pickles, cheese, onions, ham, and dressing to pasta.
  • Stir real well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
