Prepare pasta to package instructions then allow to cool (if you're in a hurry run it under cool water).
In a large mixing bowl, add your pasta and 1/3 cup of pickle juice.
In a separate bowl, add the other 1/3 cup of pickle juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
Mix those ingredients well.
Add pickles, cheese, onions, ham, and dressing to pasta.
Stir real well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
