In a large pot, add 1 tablespoon of bacon grease and allow it to melt.
Add the onion, ground beef, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning.
Cook until the onions are tender and the ground beef is fully browned.
Drain any excess grease.
Add both bell peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce, and remaining bacon grease.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the cabbage.
Season with the remaining Cajun and chicken seasonings, stirring well to combine.
Reduce the heat and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm.
