Line a muffin or cupcake pan with cupcake papers
Drop a Ritz cracker in each
Melt butter and add brown sugar
Mix well and bring to a boil, let boil for 3-4 minutes, stirring the whole time
Pour about a tablespoon's worth of the caramel into each cup
Place in a 350f oven for 8 mnutes
Remove from the oven and add a tablespoon of chocolate chips into each cup
Let the chocolate chips sit for a minute to soften and melt
Spread out the chocolate evenly in the cups
Top with a few M and M's
Place in the fridge for at least an hour
Serve and enjoy!
