Season the shrimp
In a cast iron pan add olive oil, butter and garlic
Cook the shrimp for 1-2 min on each side
Once they’re cooked, remove from the pan and set aside
In the same pan poor in chicken stock, a little more seasoning and hot sauce
Cook for another minute
Mix in the cream and let simmer for 2 minutes
Add the Parmesan and mix thoroughly
Add in the cooked noodles and stir to coat them
Add your shrimp back the noodles
Top with green onions and enjoy!
