Easy Chicken Salad With Eggs and Celery Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast, cooked and cooled
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch pcs.
  • 1/2 sweet onion, cut into 2 inch pcs.

Instructions

  • Add the chicken to a food processor and pulse until mostly shredded.
  • Gradually add the remaining ingredients directly into the food processor, allowing everything to mix together evenly.
  • Alternatively, transfer the shredded chicken to a mixing bowl and stir in the ingredients by hand until well combined to your liking.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to fully meld together.
