Cut the rolls into large cubes
Mix the eggs, cream, syrup and dessert shake in a bowl
Add the rolls and bacon bits to the mixture
Pour the bread and custard mixture into a greased baking dish
Spread it out evenly
Sprinkle dessert shake over the top
Place the butter cubes on top of the casserole
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the custard is set
Remove from the oven, let cool, cut and serve
