Easy Peanut Butter Cookies with Mini Chocolate Chips Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ CUP All Purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted, room temperat
  • 1/2c brown sugar lightly packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg large
  • 3/4 tsp baking Powder
  • 1/3 cut semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350°.
  • To a bowl, add flour & Baking Powder and whisk together.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the butter and sugars.
  • Add 1/4 tsp salt (optional).
  • Add Peanut butter and mix until incorporated.
  • Mix in Egg and Vanilla extract then add the flour to the mixture and beat together.
  • Add Chocolate Chips & mix.
  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Flatten Cookies with fork in criss-cross Pattern.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet before transferring them.
