Preheat oven to 450.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion + garlic a season with Salt & Pepper.
Cook, Stirring occasionally, until onions are soft.
Add beef and cook, breaking it up, until no longer Pink.
Add soup, Ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook Stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
Add green beans, Peas, and corn and Cook until warmed through.
Remove from heat and stir in Cheddas Cheese.
Transfer mixture to an 8×8 inch baking dish.
Cover with tater tots then sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake in oven until tater tots are crispy, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
