Fired Pickle Spears

Ingredients

  • 12-15 pickle spears
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 5 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated parm
  • 1 cup AP flour
  • 3-4 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tub bacon up or preferred grease

Instructions

  • Place pickles on paper towel and pat dry .set up three seperate bowls one with panko , flour , & one with eggs
  • Place parm in panko
  • Add Cajun seasoning to alll three and mix
  • To dredge do to flour , egg , back to flour and back to egg , then finish in the panko mixture
  • Let sit on rack while your oil reaches 350
  • This will help ensure the batter sticks well
  • Once oil is up to temp fry till golden brown , turning halfway through .once golden brown
  • Remove and enjoy !
