French Onion Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 10-12 Thin Pork Chops
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 Pack Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 C Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 C Fried Onions
  • AP Seasoning Salt, Pepper, Garlic To Taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • In a mixing bowl, add sour cream and onion soup mix. Mix those ingredients well.
  • Season the pork chops with seasoning and place in a 9X13 greased casserole dish.
  • Spread onion dip evenly on top of the pork chops.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and remove from the oven.
  • Sprinkle with fried onions on top and return to the oven for 5 minutes or until onions have browned.
  • Serve when ready.
