Ingredients
4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 English cucumber, seeded and diced
1/2 purple onion, diced
2.25oz can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1/2 cup feta crumbles
1 tbsp. Oregano seasoning
1 tbsp. Greek seasoning
2 tbsps. red wine vinegar
2 tbsps. Olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir until well incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend together.
Serve chilled with your favorite chips.
