Greek Salsa: Easy Mediterranean Freshness Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 English cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 purple onion, diced
  • 2.25oz can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta crumbles
  • 1 tbsp. Oregano seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Greek seasoning
  • 2 tbsps. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsps. Olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir until well incorporated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend together.
  • Serve chilled with your favorite chips.
