Make the Asian slaw In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, and cilantro
In a separate bowl, whisk rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper
Pour over slaw and toss well
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to soak up flavor
Slice the pork Cut into thin slices for easy sandwich stacking
Toast the buns (optional but 🔥) Lightly toast brioche or Hawaiian rolls on the grill
Build the sandwich Bottom bun Sliced pork tenderloin Generous pile of Asian slaw Top bun top with favorite sauce
