Hawaiian Roll Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 12 pack Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • 4 tbsp. butter (melted)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls connected, to create the top and bottom layers of your grilled cheese.
  • Place the bottom layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and evenly sprinkle with cheese.
  • Gently place the top layer back on.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
