Honey Garlic Carrots: Easy Side Dish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2lbs. carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 5 tbsps. butter
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tbsps. honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic.
  • Cook for 3 minutes or until butter has browned.
  • Remove from the heat and add in the honey.
  • Place carrots in a bowl, pour the sauce over the carrots, and add the salt and pepper.
  • Stir until the carrots are coated.
  • Grease a baking sheet and spread the carrots on it in a single layer.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes or until browned and tender.
