Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic.
Cook for 3 minutes or until butter has browned.
Remove from the heat and add in the honey.
Place carrots in a bowl, pour the sauce over the carrots, and add the salt and pepper.
Stir until the carrots are coated.
Grease a baking sheet and spread the carrots on it in a single layer.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until browned and tender.
