Clean and dry off shrimp
Mix rub with a cup of flour
Dredge the shrimp in the seasoned flour
Mix 1 cup of flour with Rub, beer, hot sauce and honey
Should be pancake consistency
Heat oil to 375-385f
Dip the shrimp in the batter and carefully add to the oil
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Remove from oil and set on a cooling rack
To make the sauce, melt stick of butter, add the hot sauce, rub, garlic, and honey, mix until combined and thickened
Add the shrimp to a bowl and drizzle over the -Cajun honey butter
Toss until coated
Serve and enjoy!
