Juicy Steak Sandwiches With Garlic Butter and Swiss Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 sourdough buns
  • Tub of garlic butter
  • 4 thin ribeye steaks
  • Steak seasoning ( I used allquedup steak shake and garlic butter )
  • 1 16 oz tub mushrooms
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 7 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Season steals about two hours before cooking , with steak seasoning of your choice
  • Them fire up a griddle on high heat
  • Get down 4-5 tsp of butter
  • Then add onions and mushrooms
  • Then add 3-4 tsp’s of butter to griddle and toast rolls
  • When mushrooms and onions are almost done
  • Grill steaks
  • They will take 5-6 minutes
  • Add cheese the last minute
  • Build sandwiches and enjoy
