Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2-4 tsp soy low sodium
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1.5 cups crushed peanuts
  • 2 tsp killer hogs AP
  • 1.5 cups hoisin sauce
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce
  • 2 tap siracha

Instructions

  • In skillet heat olive oil, sauté onions for 2-4 minutes then add chicken
  • After 3-4 minutes add carrots , soy, seasame oil , rice vinegar , AP , ginger ; and garlic paste
  • Simmer for 2-3 more minutes
  • Add peanuts and hoisin and siracha
  • Simmer for 2-4 more minutes
  • Garnish with green onions right before serving
  • Serve on slice of lettuce and enjoy !
