In skillet heat olive oil, sauté onions for 2-4 minutes then add chicken
After 3-4 minutes add carrots , soy, seasame oil , rice vinegar , AP , ginger ; and garlic paste
Simmer for 2-3 more minutes
Add peanuts and hoisin and siracha
Simmer for 2-4 more minutes
Garnish with green onions right before serving
Serve on slice of lettuce and enjoy !
