Total Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 2lb. flat iron steak
  • 3 tbsps. red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsps. Olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. Soy sauce
  • tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 2 tsps. steak seasoning

Instructions

  • In a large zip-top bag, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Seal the bag and gently massage everything together, ensuring the steak is fully coated in the marinade.
  • Refrigerate and allow the steak to marinate for 6-24 hours.
  • Before cooking, remove the steak from the marinade and place it on a wire rack to allow any excess marinade to drip off.
  • Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat cooking.
  • Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 130-135° for medium-rare.
  • Allow the steak to rest for several minutes before slicing and serving.
