Mix cream cheese , sour cream , 1 cup cheddar , greens , black eyed peas , sausage , and hot sauce together in a bowl . Then place in greased vessel of your choice . I used a 10” cast iron skillet. Top with remaining cup of cheese and cornbread crumbles. Smoke or bake for 90 minutes at 300 or until golden brown and bubbly . Serve with crackers and enjoy .
