Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • 2 blocks (8 oz) cream cheese, soft
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip (thawed)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract—mix until well combined
  • Fold in the whipped topping gently until fluffy
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better) You can add any topping you want: Cherry pie filling (pictured here) Fresh strawberries or blueberries Chocolate drizzle Crushed Oreos
