Add the cream cheese, feta, garlic, olives (reserving a few for garnish), lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley to a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to make sure everything is well combined.
Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and top with the reserved olives, a sprinkle of feta, and a little freshly cracked pepper.
If you like, drizzle a bit of the olive marinade over the top for extra flavor.
You can serve it right away, but it's even better after chilling in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let all those flavors come together.
