Olive & Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 7oz. pitted olive jubilee
  • 1 cup feta crumbles
  • 1 block softened cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese, feta, garlic, olives (reserving a few for garnish), lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to make sure everything is well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and top with the reserved olives, a sprinkle of feta, and a little freshly cracked pepper.
  • If you like, drizzle a bit of the olive marinade over the top for extra flavor.
  • You can serve it right away, but it's even better after chilling in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let all those flavors come together.
  • Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies and enjoy.
