Oven Baked Cod With Easy Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 CUP Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh dill, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 Jbsp butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley, Chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp smoked Paprika
  • 4 oz Cod filets 4- 6 oz preferred
  • 3 lemons thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° Degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the dipping sauce, cover and chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  • In another bowl, mix ingredients for the baste and set aside.
  • In a lightly greased baking dish, layer bottom with lemon slices.
  • Lay fish on lemons & then spread the baste on top of fish.
  • Lay lemon slices on top.
  • Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until fish is flaky.
  • Remove & serve with the dipping sauce, salad, and vegetables of choice.
