Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated, then add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Toss again to combine.
Arrange the potatoes on one-third of the baking sheet and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes to give them a head start on getting nice and crispy.
While the potatoes are cooking, add the chicken to a mixing bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add the breadcrumbs, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and arrange the chicken alongside the potatoes.
Using the same mixing bowl, add the green beans, 1 tablespoon of oil, tablespoon of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss until the green beans are evenly coated, then arrange them on the remaining portion of the baking sheet.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
