Total Time: 52 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 12 oz shaved beef
  • onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 16 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 8 slice provolone
  • 8 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 6 tsp Greek seasoning, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven or grill to 300°F.
  • Place the potatoes in a pot of boiling water and parboil for 5-7 minutes.
  • Carefully drain and set aside.
  • Lay out four pieces of foil and divide the potatoes and remaining ingredients, except for the cheese, evenly among the four pieces of foil.
  • Fold and seal each foil packet, leaving a little space between the food and the foil to allow room for the steam to circulate.
  • Place the foil packs on the grill or in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  • Carefully open each foil pack and top with cheese.
  • Fold the foil back over and let the packets sit for about 5 minutes, allowing the residual heat to melt the cheese.
  • Carefully open and serve while hot.
