Pimento Cheese Bites: Easy Appetizer with Bacon and Jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of philo cups
  • 1 tub Palmeto original pimento cheese
  • 1 tub Palmeto jalapeno pimento cheese
  • 1 jar pepper jelly
  • 4-5 strips of cooked bacon
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to
  • Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
  • While prepping your cups go ahead and cook your bacon
  • Fill one pack of shells with original pimento cheese , then one pack with the jalapeno
  • Approx 1 tsp will fit in each cup
  • You can use a toothpick to mark the Jalepeno one’s
  • Bake for only about 4-6 minutes
  • As soon as they come out top with a piece of bacon and a drizzle of warm pepper jelly ( I warmed mine up in the microwave, in thirty second intervals) then enjoy !!
