Pizza Biscuit Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 Tube Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Butter store-bought or homemade
  • 1 C Cooked Sausage crumbled
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 C Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 C Mini Pepperoni Slices

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F
  • Take your biscuits out of the tube. Drape each biscuit over an upside-down muffin tin, pressing them gently to form a cup shape.
  • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are firm and lightly golden.
  • Remove the biscuit cups from the oven and carefully coat them with garlic butter using a pastry brush.
  • Place the biscuit cups right side up in the muffin tin. Fill each cup with crumbled sausage, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, a little Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, a spoonful of pizza sauce, and a few mini pepperoni slices.
  • Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the pizza biscuit cups from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
