Pork Chop and Potato Casserole: Easy Comfort Food

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Thin Cut, boneless Pork Chops
  • 4-6 Potatoes, diced, (I use Idaho Potatoes)
  • 2-3 small onions, diced
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • I can Cream of Celery SouP
  • I can water
  • mustard
  • 4 Tbsp Butter, Thinly sliced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish, Add the Potatoes & onions.
  • Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • In a bowl, add cream of celery Soup & Water then mix.
  • Pour on top of Potatoes & onions.
  • Add the cheese & Spread evenly on top.
  • Place the butter slices on top of Cheese.
  • Then Place Pork Chops on top, Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • Spread mustard on top of each Pork Chop.
  • Cover & bake in oven on 350° for 45 minutes to an hour or until Potatoes are soft.
